Sup Dogs! Today I wanna talk a little bit about Samuel Frederick Smith –or Sam Smith- who is my favorite singer.

I remember when I was 18 years old the first time that I heard one of him songs called “I’m not the only one”. At the first time I heard him singing I thought he was a black guy and I never searched for a picture of him. I got immediately impressed by his high-pitched voice and his voice made my hair stand on end.

In his songs he talks about love with his boyfriends -Yes, if you guys didn’t know, he is gay, I’m sorry girls..- or about his family history, but you can feel them so true! My favorite song is called “Midnight Train” because this song is not about Sam but a friend or family member who decided, with sadness, to end a relationship. Beyond that, the song is somewhat mysterious, as Sam has clearly preferred not to divulge someone else’s personal information. However, Sam has said that ‘I hope this song has helped them’. This is what Sam Smith is, a true friend, a true lover, a true singer.

Well, as you guys know –I hope so- Sam Smith came to Lollapalooza Chile 2019, but I have not money, sooo I didn’t had the chance to attend the festival, anyway, vtr broadcasted the successfulfestival and I was able to watched it.
